There is so much hype around sustainable living including the terms 'biodegradable', 'degradable', 'compostable' etc etc
BUT why is it so important and why should we care?
We all live on this earth right? We all have one thing in common, that is our earth right? Then why don't we look after it better.
I believe we are definitely getting the hang of it now. If you search the term 'sustainable living' there are plenty of products, blogs, social media surrounding it which is awesome. However we don't want it to just be a hype, we want to truly adapt to living this way.
Making compostable products requires less energy, uses less water and the manufacturing process uses less greenhouse emissions. Products that are 100% compostable means the product is going back into the earth. There are zero toxins released as they are made purely from plant matter. Compostable products are completely environmentally friendly which is are huge winner for our earth as no harm is caused to humans, plants, soil or animals.
